Retort packaging
Retort sterilization is a process to sterillize with higher (1.5~3.0KG/CM2) than atmospheric pressures at higherthan 100°C. The process for retort (pressurized and heated sterilized foods) lasts for 20 to 30 minutes at 115 to 120°C. For high retort, it goes 2 minutes at 135°C. But, it is sterilized for 30 minutes at 120°C in the most cases.
