Retort sterilization is a process to sterilize foods with higher (1.5~3.0KG/CM2) than atmospheric pressures at higher than 212°F.  The process for retort(pressurized and heated sterilized foods) lasts for 20 to 30 minutes at 239°F to 248°F.  For high retort, it goes 2 minutes at 275°F.  However, it is sterilized for 30 minutes at 248°F in the most cases.
